Deliberative assemblies can fill up the time given to them. At least it seemed so today. We dealt with many ancillary issues. We found the complaint from the PoS out of order. We referred the overtures to their appropriate committees. We planned the next assembly. Other than these issues, we did not engage in a lot of business. However, it took us until ~4:15pm. The assembly has enjoyed an atmosphere of unity and harmony. It truly was the church in love working together for the sake of the gospel. How blessed we all were to participate in this calm assembly. May God grant that by His Spirit, the church may continue in its ministry in that same unity and harmony which we experienced here.
